Return Policy
Returns
We guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If any item in your order is defective we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase price within 7 calendar days of after your order has been delivered. We cannot accept merchandise that has been worn.
How to return your items:
- A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please email us at miloutrends@gmail.com to initiate a return authorization. Indicate the style number, defect and invoice number in your request.
- Return any defective items back to us in its' original condition and packaging with original tags along with a copy of your original invoice, note the RA # on the outside of parcel. Please choose return packaging that will protect the merchandise so as not to incur any further damage. Milou is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. RA numbers must be used within 15 days of issue date, we will not reissue RA numbers.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Returns Request must be made within 7 calendar days of the order date on your invoice.
- Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Tarnish is not a defect.
- For any return that does not follow these guidelines, Milou reserves the right to charge a return service fee or 15%+ restocking fee.
- Special order merchandise is not returnable. Items that have been altered cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
- Refunds/credits are granted at the discretion of Milou. Unauthorized returns or merchandise that is outside the reason for return may be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
